At Riverside Paver Sealing, we stand behind the quality of our work. We are committed to providing durable, long-lasting results for your property. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer the following warranty.

Comprehensive 3-Year Warranty on Residential Paver Sealing

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and material failure, including:

• Cracking

• Peeling

• Chipping

• Flaking

• Yellowing

If any of these issues occur, Riverside Paver Sealing will perform the necessary repairs at no cost to you.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

While we take every precaution to deliver quality results, certain conditions fall outside the scope of our warranty:

• Efflorescence – A natural white haze that may appear on concrete pavers or natural stone due to water-soluble salts rising to the surface.

• Paver Deterioration – Natural erosion or wear caused by traffic, weather, or water runoff.

• Pests – Our sealing process cannot prevent ants or insects from tunneling through sand joints.

• Weeds and Mold – While we take steps to minimize growth, natural regrowth of weeds or mold is not covered.

• Stains – Deep-set stains may not be fully removed, and new stains occurring after sealing are not covered.

• Joint Sand Loss – Some sand loss over time is normal; catastrophic shifting caused by extreme erosion is not covered.

• White/Milky Appearance – This issue is caused by non-breathable sealants or poor drainage, not our breathable urethane sealant.

• Slipperiness – While non-slip additives are used when necessary, we cannot guarantee surfaces will be slip-free when wet.

• Stripping Services – We do not warranty previously failed work. Stripping services cover removal efforts, not the final outcome.

• Aesthetic Appearance – Levels of sheen, shine, or color enhancement may vary due to paver porosity.

• Tire Marks – Driveway tire marks caused by vehicle friction are not covered.

• Plant Damage – While precautions are taken, some plants may be affected by cleaning solutions. Watering will help recovery.

• Other Services – Damage to pool screens from cleaning or final window cleaning after house washing are excluded.

Maintaining Your Warranty

To keep your warranty active, you must schedule an annual maintenance service with Riverside Paver Sealing within 10 to 15 months of the initial sealing. Failure to do so will void your warranty.

Actions That May Void the Warranty

In order to protect the integrity of your sealed surfaces and our ability to honor this warranty, the following actions may void coverage:

• Customer neglect, including pressure washing or applying your own sealant

• Allowing another contractor to work on the sealed surface

• Failure to pay your invoice in full

• Repeatedly disrespectful or hostile behavior toward our staff

• Publicly damaging the company’s reputation in a way that impacts our ability to serve customers
